You are coordially to invited to a special meeting to discuss how to ensure a participatory election to form an effective and dynamic executive committee of historic Bangladesh Centre London.

1. Transparency in Membership Recruitment process and Membership Recruitement Campaign.
2. Biennual Election on 10 July 2016.
3. Voting Membership Closure on 10 April 2016.
4. Nomination Closure on 6 May 2016.
