Dear All,

You may have recently received a confirmation of membership of the Bengali International (BI) and an invitation to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to elect its Management Committee Members on 18 January 2015 at Walthamstow Assembly Hall, 703 Forest Road, London E17 4JD.

After you have received the membership confirmation you should now be given sufficient time to collect the Membership List for 2014-15 and Nomination Form so that you can choose and nominate someone as PROPER AND FIT PERSON to efficiently manage the affairs of the people of Bangladeshi origin in the UK.

It is observed for many years that the nomination deadline is never declared in open manner and adequate time given for effective participation of the people. It is always done in a secret manner to keep its management control in the grip of a coterie of people.

Please pursue senior office bearers of Bengali International to raise your legitimate expectations.

আপনি সম্ভবত সম্প্রতি ‘বেঙ্গলী ইন্টার্নেশনাল (বি,আই)’ এর মেম্বারশীপ এবং ১৮ জানুয়ারী ২০১৫ তারিখে ওয়ালথামস্টো এসেম্বলী হল (৭০৩ ফরেস্ট রোড, লন্ডন ই১৭-৪জে,ডি)তে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা ও মেনেজমেন্ট কমিটি নির্বাচনে অংশগ্রহণের দাওয়াত পেয়েছেন।

মেম্বারশীপ গ্রহন করার পর এখন বি,আই কর্ত্তৃপক্ষ আপনাকে পর্্যা প্ত পরিম্ন সময় দেয়া উচিত যাতে আপনি ২০১৪-১৫ সেশনের মেম্বারশীপ তালিকা এবং ‘নমিনেশন ফরম’ সংগ্রহ করে যাতে আপনার পছন্দমত যোগ্য ব্যাক্তিকে মনোনীত করতে পারেন।

দীর্ঘ্য কয়েক বছরের পর্যবেক্ষনে দেখা যায় যে নমিনেশন দাখিলের সময়সীমা প্রকাশ্যভাবে ঘোষনা করা হয় না এবং পর্যাপত পরিমান সময় দেয়া হয় না যাতে লোকজন কার্যকরভাবে অংশগ্রহ্ণ করতে পারে। সুনির্দিস্ট কতিপয় স্বার্থান্বেষী ব্যাক্তির হাতে নিয়ন্ত্রন ধরে রাখার অসৎ উদ্দেশ্যে নমিনেশন দাখিলের সময়সীমা দীর্ঘ্যদিন ধরেই গোপনে করা হয়।
