বাংলাদেশ ও বহির্বিশ্বে বসবাসকারী সকল বাংলাদেশী ও বাংলাদেশের সকল শুভাকাংখীবৃন্দ,

এতদ্বারা ‘বাংলাদেশ ম্যাটার্স’ এর পরীক্ষামুলক প্রকাশনা ঘোষনা করা হচ্ছে।

এ ঘোষনাটি এমন এক সময় হচ্ছে যখন গোটা বাংলাদেশ এক অনিশ্চিত আস্থিরতার দিকে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে। রাজনীতিতে বিরাজ করছে এক সর্বব্যাপ্ত চরম পারস্পরিক অসহিষ্ণুতা, বর্বোচিত নৃশংসতা, ভিন্নমতাবলম্বীদের ওপর নির্মম আক্রমণ ও হত্যাজজ্ঞ, ব্যাক্তিতান্ত্রিক রাজনৈতিক নেতৃত্ব ও সুযোগসন্ধানী রাজনৈতিক আনুগত্য । বিচার ব্যাবস্থায় বিরাজ করছে সুদীর্ঘ চলমান ঘুষ দুর্নীতির পাশাপাশি চরম রাজনৈতিক দলীয়পনা ও সুপরিকল্পিত বিকৃত বিচারিক হত্যাকান্ড । আর্থিক ব্যাবস্থাপনায় বিরাজ করছে অদক্ষতা, দুর্নীতি ও পুঁজিবাদী শোষণ প্রক্রিয়া । আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্কের ক্ষেত্রে বিরাজ করছে অদক্ষ ও দুর্বল প্রতিনিধিত্ব । বেসরকারী সামজিক সংগঠন এনজিওসমুহ দুর্বল হয়ে আছে তাদের দুর্বল সামাজিক অংগীকার, স্বচ্ছ ব্যবস্থাপনা ও জবাবদিহিতার অভাবে। চলছে সংস্কৃতি চর্চার নামে পৌত্তলিক অপসংস্কৃতি সয়লাব। রয়েছে নৈতিক মুল্যবোধহীন বহুধাবিভক্ত শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা।

এহেন হতাশার মাঝে ও আশার আলো হচ্ছে সমাজের এমন একটি আলোকিত অংশ যারা তাদের সর্বশক্তি দিয়ে প্রত্যয় নিয়ে দেশকে এগিয়ে নিতে এগিয়ে রয়েছে। সরকারী বেসরকারী তাবত এ সন্ত্রাস ও বিশৃংখলার মোকাবেলায় সেই আলোকিত জনশক্তির একট বিরাট অংশ সাম্প্রতিককালে জীবন উথসর্গ করে তাদের প্রত্যয়ের দৃস্টান্ত স্থাপন করেছে। এমতাবস্থায় বিবেকবান মানুষ হিসেবে আমরা নীরব থাকতে পারি না।

‘বাংলাদেশ ম্যাটার্স’ এর প্রকাশনা এমনই একটি সামাজিক উদ্দ্যোগ যা নিজ সামর্থ্য ও শুভানুধ্যায়ীদের সহযীগিতা নিয়ে আজ সমাজের সেই সুবিধাভোগী শোষণকারী আত্যাচারী প্রভাবশালী মহলের আসল চেহারা উন্মোচিত এবং এর মোকাবেলায় নির্যাতিত ও বঞ্চিত জনগণের কন্ঠকে উচ্চাসীন করার করার সংগ্রাম চালিয়ে যাবে।

পরিশেষে ‘বাংলাদেশ ম্যাটার্স’ এর পক্ষ থেকে আমরা এতদ্বারা সকলকে উদাত্ত আহবান জানাচ্ছি যে, আসুন আমরা সকল বিবেকবান মানুষ আজ ঐক্যবদ্ধ হয়ে সব ধরণের অসত্য ও অত্যাচারের মোকাবেলায় সত্য ও সুন্দরের এ সংগ্রামকে আরো বেগবান করতে আমদের সুযোগ ও সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী আমরা সর্বত অবদান রাখি। ‘বাংলাদেশ ম্যাটার্স’ তার অভিযাত্রায় সকল শুভানুধ্যায়ীদের সর্ব্বাত্মক সহযীগীতা কামনা করছে। আমরা নৈতিক, বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক, প্রযুক্তিগত ও আর্থিক সহযোগিতা সহ দকল ব্যক্তি ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষ থেকে সব ধরণের সহযোগিতা কামনা করছি । আমাদের শ্লোগান হোক ‘সত্য হোক সমাগত আর মিথ্যা হোক পরাভুত’।

Dear fellow Bangladeshi and the well-wishers of Bangladesh home and abroad,

Hereby the experimental news portal is being launched now.

The declaration has been made in a time when Bangladesh is leading to a very uncertain unrest and instability. There prevails in the political arena an omnipotent mutual ultra intolerance, barbaric atrocities, ruthless attacks on and killings of dissenting population, individuals oriented political leadership and opportunistic political loyalty. The judiciary has been infected by ultra politicisation; premeditated politically motivated judicial killings are taking place alongside the long standing corruptions and bribery. Financial sector is in disarray with inefficiency, corruptions and capitalist exploitation. Incompetent leadership prevails in the international relations industry. The civil society organisations are ineffectual due to their weak social commitments, lack of managerial transparency and accountability. The vile polytheistic customs in the cultural sphere is hugely infiltrating the entire nation in the name of upholding the culture. Morally void education sector is spit into segments to lead in to different directions.

Despite the frustrations there is an enlightened section of the society to fight back the evil to move the country forward by their all means. In recent times this enlightened section has showed their resilience by offering their lives to the horrific terror and violence caused by the Government agencies and their non-government allies. Owing to this scenario we being people of conscience cannot remain in silence on.

‘Bangladesh Matters’ is such an initiative aimed at resisting the vested quarters in their injustice, oppression and exploitation and exposing their true nature by our all means and capacity with the support of our well-wisher community.

Finally we at ‘Bangladesh Matters’ urge everyone to contribute as much as possible in our operation in the path of struggle in a cohesive way in order to defeat the injustice and the untrue. ‘Bangladesh Matter’ seeks to repeatedly urge the well-wishers to come forward with all kind of supports including the moral, intellectual, technical and financial assistance. “May the true prevail and the untrue lose out”.
